Seller earnings are not automatically transferred to bank accounts.

Sellers must submit a Withdrawal Request through their account dashboard or the designated withdrawal request process.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually by the HBAX team.

Approved withdrawals will be processed within 3–7 business days.

HBAX reserves the right to delay, review, or reject withdrawal requests in cases involving fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, suspicious activity, or incomplete account information.

15. Seller Commission Policy

HBAX operates as a digital marketplace platform.

Sellers agree that HBAX may charge a commission fee on each successful sale made through the platform.

The commission percentage may vary depending on the seller plan, product category, promotions, or marketplace policies.

Example:

  • Product Price: ₹1000
  • Marketplace Commission: 10%
  • Seller Earnings: ₹900

HBAX reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time. Updated commission rates will be communicated through the platform.

Seller earnings displayed in the dashboard are calculated after deducting applicable marketplace commissions, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and other applicable fees.

16. Seller Withdrawals

Seller payouts are processed manually.

Sellers must submit a Withdrawal Request before receiving payment.

HBAX does not provide automatic withdrawals unless specifically enabled by the platform.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

HBAX reserves the right to review, delay, hold, or reject withdrawal requests in cases involving fraud, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, policy violations, or incomplete seller information.
