Because HBAX sells digital products, our refund policy differs from physical product stores. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All products sold on HBAX are digital products, including but not limited to:
- Templates
- Posters
- Web Banners
- Brochures
- Ebooks
- Design Resources
No physical products are shipped.
2. No Refunds for Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Compatibility issues not mentioned in the product description
3. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, you may request a refund for the duplicate transaction.
Corrupted or Damaged Files
If a purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened, we will first attempt to provide a replacement file.
If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.
Product Not Delivered
If payment was successfully completed but the digital product was not delivered and our support team cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.
4. Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within:

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

HBAX reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on the circumstances and available evidence.
6. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

If you experience any issue with a purchased product, please contact us before requesting a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and resolve the issue.
8. Seller Earnings and Refunds
In cases where a customer receives an approved refund, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the seller’s available balance.
HBAX reserves the right to hold or adjust seller earnings when refunds, disputes, or chargebacks occur.
If a customer receives an approved refund, dispute resolution, or chargeback, the related seller earnings and marketplace commission may be adjusted accordingly.
HBAX reserves the right to deduct refunded amounts from seller balances when necessary.
